POSSIBILITIES

Tuesday, Christopher had a "Presentation" at school about the possibilities of what you may want to become when you grow up. This was for the (4) first grade classes in his school. He's been rehearsing for weeks and when I finally saw him on stage, it brought tears to my eyes and it reminded me of when my girls had these things in school when they were kids. He changed his mind several times as to what he wanted to be but finally came up with wanting to join the Military Services. He said he was gonna join the
Air Force like his grandad.

Several of the kids were assigned something to say.
His part was "Like We Said Before, We Can Choose Our Occupations, We Can Choose Our Dreams, But Our Possibilities Are So Much More Than That."

The boy sitting in front of him, as you can see, is so much more taller than he is so I was happy to get the shots I was able to of him. I wish they would have seated him somewhere in front because we come from a long line of short 'Italian' people. Christopher is only in first grade but like his cousins he is very intelligent. I am so amazed at some of the things they come up with. They blow me away at times!
Their imagination and "possibilities" are endless.

AND SO, HOW IS YOUR WEEK GOING?

My Projects These Days

My daughter Angela is getting married on May 8th. Being 28, I think it's about time she ties the knot. Hehee ☺. I laugh because she's stopped aging since she turned 28 about a few years ago. Even she don't know how old she really is these days ☺.

Anyway, she's asked me to help her plan her wedding and being creative, I am in my element doing things like this. I've put together many parties including my own mom's second wedding and numerous birthdays not to mention bridal and baby showers. So these days I've been creating things for her wedding and her shower. As you can see, these are what I created for these events. Besides the shower and wedding I have several events going on at this time of year. One of my grandson's, Christopher, is gonna be 7 on April 3rd and that too I'm involved in. I'm so excited about these so I had to show them.

LORDY, LORDY, LOOK WHO'S TURNING 40!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO

♥ MY PATTI ♥
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO U!

Just one more day and my oldest daughter will be 40. She will never be 30 anything ever again! Wow, Patti, how does that make you feel? Well, it makes me feel ancient I tell you what! I can't believe how time just slips by without us knowing it. They say time flies when you're having fun but it's hard to remember all the fun you did have!

I do remember the day you were born. You were so very tiny I couldn't believe you were really real and you were MINE! I was just 18 when you were born. I was still learning life and now suddenly I was also a teacher. I loved my life then. Not that I don't now, but it was great becoming a mommy. I was so in love with the fact that I had my own baby. I guess we take what life God gives us and learn how to deal with it. You had 10 little toes and 10 tiny fingers. So much hair! I felt like I had my own real baby doll. I also remember when you couldn't wait to be 30. Now you can't wait to be 40! You must be nuts to want to be older.
Most people wish we could get younger, not older. Life is so incredibly amazing

I am so proud of you, Patti. In your 40 years you've come a long way. We all had to grow up and make so many decisions. So many choices. Your life began at Camp Lenope. You knew then and there what you wanted to do with the rest of your life. Now look at you. You're very independent... Hmmm I wonder where that trait came from.
You're sensitive, caring, jolly, thick headed at times. You have this desire of wanting to be in charge all the time. You are so like MY mother. But you make me proud to have you as one of MY daughters!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Patti

Forever Love,
Mom
