We had these three "Collector's Edition, Coca-Cola Classic Series" Barbies since Lynn was married way back when, hehehee. Anyway, I did some research and found out they are worth more as a set than individually. So we decided to list them on eBay to see if anyone wants them now that she's outgrown her "barbie" days. They're still new in their individual packaging, have never been played with and my eBay listing will tell you all about them. Whether you have a daughter of your own, if you want to give them as a gift for someone "special", or even want them for yourself to add to your own Barbie collections, come check them out.

ANOTHER FIRST
On Tuesday of this week, the 19th, Christopher came home from school and showed us that his tooth came out while he was in school. For weeks, actually months, we've been playing with it and of course it's been getting looser and looser. Just recently we were playing with it and it got to the point where it was only hanging on by a thread, for lack of a better word. He was amazed how much he can play with it with his tongue, even underneath. He told us the story of how it happened.
During lunch, he was eating a peach. He bit down on it and thought he bit into a pit or something hard. When he took it out of his mouth he was so excited to learn it was his tooth that finally came out!! ☺ I sure can imagine being him and feeling as if something special just happened to me! Wow!! Something did happen... It's another one of those exciting "FIRSTS" that we all have experienced at one time or another. Now he's starting to make room for his big boy teeth. ☺ I know I was so excited for him and with him when he told me the story.
They sent him to the nurse. She took care of him, cleaned it up and put it in this adorable little box shaped like a tooth. It has a plastic string so he can wear it around his neck. I immediately fell in love with the box but even more so of the whole story and how it happened. It was so cute with his first tooth inside. I thought it was the cutest thing I've seen in a long time. So we had him put the whole tooth under his pillow that night. He for sure had no trouble going to sleep.
The next morning he was so excited that his tooth was gone and in it's place was a crisp $1.00 bill folded small enough to fit inside the plastic tooth box. He got a kick out of the fact that the Tooth Fairy folded it so small.
He put that money together with some other money he's been saving so he can buy a NED yo-yo. The picture on the side of it glows in the dark. His school was selling yo-yo's and he wanted it enough to earn it. It's kewl. Now he's learning how to use a yo-yo. He's having a lot of fun playing with the yo-yo AND with that empty space where he once had a baby tooth! BTW, I can see the bottom of that space will soon be occupied by a new big boy tooth, already! Wow! How Kewl is that!!
